About Pawlytics
Pawlytics hit the sweet spot for small, foster-based animal rescues needing to manage their rescue efforts. A comprehensive software management tool, we worked with 200+ rescues around the world to help them track and organize their work. Working directly with the founder, I owned all customer focused efforts and implemented customer success and marketing strategies leading to tremendous growth over 2 years.
The process
As a kitten foster myself, I picked up the phone and started calling all of our current and past customers to understand what was working, what was not, and the pain points within their current systems.
I applied my learnings to create our marketing and customer success strategies, representing the strong Pawlytics brand and telling stories of our clients’ success.
End results
Pawlytics grew into a widely recognized brand. Rescues were recommending us in Facebook groups with 80k+ members and regularly attended our customer “Pawp Up” webinars every month.
Developed and maintained relationships with over 200 global animal shelters and animal rescues
