Digitail offers veterinarians a comprehensive SaaS solution, including tools for clinic management and statistical analytics. With over $12M in funding and operating in 20+ countries, they were looking to maximize their ARR while onboarding and retaining customers.
The process
It begins by deeply understanding the customer and their journey. Only from there can one truly create a strategy that engages and retains. Working cross-functionally with the sales and product team, I created a strategy to launch new products while enabling customer success and sales to meet their quarterly goals.

Drove a 46-day reduction in the sales cycle
Achieved a 10% enhancement in close rates
